Xendrolex Alerto Systemas Inc is a warning siren division of the Filipino/Pinoy company, Xaldroex Inc founded in 1960 in Makati by Ramiron M.B. Cariño part of the Manlia Electric Company (Meralco) since 2018 it was headquartered in Quezon City while its offices are located in Cavite, they manufacture warning devices for any community all of their sirens use metal-fiberglass that can be heard in about 800 meters the company used to be operated by the government from 1972-1986 and made partnership with Mendocania in the past.

Sirenas De Pinas /Metallio Pinasyo (1960-1970)

Metallio Pinasyo also known as Sirenas De Pinas is the first name of Xendrolex Alerto they made Radio/TV Equipment and doors for restrooms they first experimented the first siren model named the E-180 Series it reassembles a Denver Siren similarly but with 8 port single tone with 4 choppers and was loud in-about 180db it was first installed in San Mateo, Marikina In JP. Rizal street It was situated in Makati from 1965-1973 as the company grew they moved their headquarters to (South) Timog avenue

Quezon Alerting Co. (1970-1991)

Since their expansion they added more sirens like EAPD-1800, they experimented their first electronic siren prototype in 1978 it closed their offices temporarily during the Martial law, while the company reopened its business a few years later, they made their official electronic siren named The M.E.A.D which is made in 1980, Quezon Alerting Co. Made the first hex-toned siren was produced in 1970 called the JCQ-5600

Filipino Warning Siren Co. (1991-2002)

The SEMD Series (Since 1989) was Discontinued in the early 2000s with special order up to 2010 it was replaced by the PSMD after it's end of production it also experimented a prototype 8500 that used the JCQ-5600's Parts (Stators, Control Panel) which it didn't reach the same loudness that is not rated as the recommended decibel. another version of the same model was made a few years later created in 2017.

Xaldroex/Xendrolex (2002-Present)

It was Xaldroex Alerto Systems Inc from 2002-2004. it discontinued their only hex-toned siren in 2018 and was replaced by the SHRD-8500 it shared some of the port ratios from the former JCQ-5600 Series the replacement for the now-discontinued 5600 Battery-Backups versions such as SHRD-8500B was also introduced.
