The CTS OmniLert is a cell-type electronic warning siren. The siren strongly resembles a Federal Signal Modulator. The OmniLert siren was produced quite rarely as the CTS DTR-128, OMCD-125, and POM 125 saturated the CTS market. The internals of the siren differ quite a bit from an actual Modulator. It looked so much like a Modulator during the first generation, that Federal Signal ordered CTS to redesign it, threatening an expensive lawsuit for copyright infringement. Which then made CTS remake it. Around 5 units were made before Federal took notice.
